Full Shop & Office Fit-Outs and Installation
Full fit out (Retail, Hospitality & Offices) can either start from a empty shell or from replacing the existing fittings.
We will work closely with you to install everythnig you need, in the space available. Our job is to maximise your budget and make sure everything is fitted and installed to your deadlines, and to the highest of standards.
Principle Designer
We will help and advise you in bringing together pre-construction information, and provide the information designers and contractors need to carry out their duties.
Our job is to ensure that everyone involved in the pre-construction phase communicates and cooperates, coordinating their work wherever required. Then liaise with the principal contractor, keeping them informed of any risks that need to be controlled during the construction phase.
Principle Contractor & Support Services
We can work alongside your Principle Designer if not ourselves and help implement the health and safety throughout the project for all parties once on site. This involves planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating the entire construction phase
We will liaise with the client and principal designer for the duration of the project to ensure that all risks are effectively managed.
Additionally, we will always prepare a written Construction Phase Plan before the construction phase begins, implement, and then regularly review and revise it to make sure it remains fit for purpose.
Project Management
We will appoint you a dedicated project manager to oversee the entire project from start to finish. You will then have a single point of contact throughout.
This will include us managing and overseeing all the contractors and suppliers involved in the project, ensuring that timing is kept, and budgets are met.

Site Management
We will keep your site and project on track by apppointing an experienced site manager to help keep on top of the project day-to-day, then manage and oversee health and safety along with ensuring tasks are completed to deadlines.
Managing a site, and all its goings on is a complex task, that’s where our experience and knowledge comes in. We manage the site, so you don’t have to.
Shop Window Displays
This is the first view customers have of your store so why not go bold? We can help install, even build your exciting new window display to help draw customers in.
Our experience with fitting shop windows of all types and styles, for a mix of high-end retail, fast fashion and pop-up shops means that we can help you make the right impression to wow the crowds, and draw in more customers.

We will manufacture and install your unique pop-up shop. Our experience building pop-up shops, within budget and to a tight time-frame, will help you to get up and running in no time at all.

After Care & Maintainence
Once your new Retail, Office or Hospitality unit is open we can be on hand for future maintenance issues you may have. We can create an agreed call-out agreement for completed works, and out-of-warranty builds.
It is important for us not to simply just do a project for you, but also look after it for you.
Storage Solutions
With a large lock up on-site, we can store products for large roll outs and keep goods along with other physical assets from the old store should you need to keep them.
In 2020 we will have storage space up to 10,000sq feet. Ensuring that you can keep all your essential products and goods safe while your shop if being refitted.
